Limited registration for students

    We now offer a low-cost registration for students only to observe sessions.
    This is to encourage the early-stage PhD students living in Japan to attend the conference sessions.

    Online registration has been closed.
    (on-site registration is available.)


    *NOTE: "Limited registration" will be closed as soon as the number of participants reaches the limit.


Payment

For Participants from Japan: Bank transfer payment is encouraged.
For Participants from Overseas: Credit card payment is encouraged.

1. Bank Transfer
If you would like to pay via bank transfer (in Japanese Yen) please use the bank details below.  Please kindly bear the bank remitting charges concerned with yourself. Please mention your "Registration Number of EXCON2018" on message column of bank's money-transfer form. You can find your "Registration Number" and your transfer amount in the auto reply e-mail message you received after registration.

2. Credit Card

All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, Diners Club) are acceptable. The "Registration Number of EXCON2018" can be found in the auto-reply e-mail, which you will receive after sending the Registration Form. Please fill your full credit card details on the payment page.


Cancellation

In case of cancellation, a written message should be sent to the Registration Office of EXCON2018 (registration@excon2018.org). The bank remitting charges will be deducted from the total amount in refund (see the cancellation policy below).
